Archaeology: XDR TB Get Rich Quick Ponzi Scheme Denounced

XDR TB, also known as Tuberculosis eXtreme, was shown today to have links to a widespread ring of non-preventative healthcare strategies. The new strain has been called “Virtually Untreatable”, which means it threatens to spread like wildfire through the internet and WoW enclaves. The new Extreme Drug Resistant Tuberculosis is being seen as a death sentence for third world countries where TB is endemic. This is rather ironic, as its the misapplication by many countries healthcare systems of tuberculosis treatment which has caused in part the mutation. Half dosages for the poor and double dosages for the wealthy have created a breeding ground for the mutational swing moods of the bacteria. From the WHO: “Resistance to anti-TB drugs in populations is a phenomenon that occurs primarily due to poorly managed TB care. Problems include incorrect drug prescribing practices by providers, poor quality drugs or erratic supply of drugs…”. Now a certain amount of this is just the vast divide between wealth and poverty, and symptomatic of the attempts of underfunded health care organizations to take care of all regardless of income or profitability. But another aspect is the get-rich-quick attitudinal environment that infiltrates the health care practitioner community when they are made dependent on market forces. When the people holding the dolla billz are asking you to just say uncle when they dangle it and acting more like loan sharks with their emphasis on certain i-gotta-git-paid contractual obligations, and when funding is more dependent on shifts in public fervor which investments follow around like ants on an aphids tail… well.
