Literature: Sun releases Java source code to open source ecosystem
Sun today started the release of the Java source code into the wilds, but critics are not happy. Problems with java have long Eclipsed the mindsets of such critics, and have released threads of heavy memory usage and sluggish interfaces to the world of “happy thought”. But by Sun releasing the Java source code in little dribs and drabs, code ecologists hope that gene splicing and generational mutations should take care of the rest. “Its a fuzzy algorithm, a neural network of java thread woven into the rich tapestry of the oreilly ecosystem. So many fuzzy animals to brand, so little time,” Neill O. Scott, a GNU java programmer said today in a one person press conference at a coffestand across the street from the Sun Java headquarters before a group of Linux enthusiasts entered and drove him away. The release of Java source code has GNU enthusiasts up in arms and hitting the streets to avoid the encroaching horde of scruffy uncorporate suits.
